Juliette – Juliette joined BJF Group as a Business Administration apprentice having realised that she learns best by practical experience rather than through books and lessons. She saw BJF as somewhere she could thrive which has proved to be true. After passing her apprenticeship Juliette took up a full-time permanent position as an Administrator in BJF’s procurement department and has since gone on to progress further to an Assistant Buyer.
Stuart – After realising that a career as a chef wasn’t for him, Stuart decided to use his practical skills to become an electrician. Since joining BJF Group, Stuart has not only become a qualified electrician but has now moved in to Project Management, heading up major electrical works for prestigious clients across London and the South East.
James – Group Commercial Manager James has always valued variety in a job and his time at BJF Group has given him just that. James leads the Commercial Function at BJF Group having previously split his time between Commercial and Operational roles. This allowed him to utilise his training as a Quantity Surveyor to its full potential.
