BJF Group has recently completed a critical oil fired boiler replacement project for a major Government Department in order to improve energy efficiency, ready the system for the winter months and to ensure that the system continues to operate in line with current regulations.
The £120k upgrade project, completed in three months, included not only the replacement of two 86Kw commercial grade boilers but also draining down the oil tank, cleaning the oil fuel lines and flushing the system. We also replaced an oil pump, installed an oil fuel polisher, upgraded all associated pipework and fitted new flues and valves.
This project is part of an ongoing relationship and our teams have completed numerous major and minor works for the department across their estate.
As a result of a timely and on-budget delivery we are now moving on to further projects at this and other locations.
