BJF Group’s Construction Division has secured a new £3.2m project to transform an old commercial site in Tonbridge, Kent into 14 new build houses for private rent.
Starting on site in early 2022, BJF Group has been contracted by Elements Real Estate Group to deliver 14 new build 4- and 5-bedroom properties on the site of a former car garage on Priory Road in Tonbridge. The development will be made up of 8 semi-detached and 6 terraced houses. As well as the construction of the new properties, works also include upgrading of the sewerage infrastructure in the existing highways.
All of the houses will be as energy efficient as possible with solar panelling and electric vehicle charging points installed as part of the build. They will also be conveniently located within walking distance of Tonbridge Train Station and the High Street as well as a number of schools making them ideal for families.
This is our first project with Elements Real Estate Group and we look forward to working with them to significantly improve this area.
