Over the past two weeks, Aaron has joined our team for a work placement, gaining hands-on experience with our skilled gas engineering team. He will continue to work with us one day a week as he completes his training and prepares for his new career after leaving the Army.
Aaron shared his experience, saying: “During my placement, I gained invaluable hands-on experience, assisting and observing tasks such as maintaining and repairing gas systems. The team provided exceptional guidance, from troubleshooting to ensuring safety standards. I truly appreciate the support from everyone at BJF Group and look forward to applying these skills in my future career.”
