BJF Group are currently recruiting for a brand-new role for an Apprentice to join our company whilst completing a Business Administrator Apprenticeship course (Level 3) which will be funded by the company

The successful candidate will be joining a business which has continued to grow and exceed expectations even during these uncertain times.

This role will include general administration duties within the Purchasing Department, this including assisting and supporting other team members, general office tasks and ensuring compliance with all processes, procedures, and forms.

Key Tasks

  • Processing purchase order requests
  • Administration and management of our company asset tracker
  • Onboarding new suppliers to our My Compliance software
  • Supporting buyers on tenders
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and following up when required
  • Proactively assisting with the smooth running of the office Preferable skills

Desired Qualifications

• At least 5 GCSE grades A – C including Maths and English (or equivalent)

Hours: Mon- Fri 8-5pm (1 hour lunch) 32 hours work + 8 hours for 1 day release at your college
