BJF Group have an exciting opportunity for a business administrator to work within our FM Division based on a prestigious site in Surrey. 

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

General Operations

  • Supporting the team with any administrative duties.
  • Have an understanding of the business so that all telephone calls can be competently answered and directed.
  • Provide weekly reports to each department.
  • Ensure that records are updated and filed appropriately.


  • Provide support to the procurement team.
  • Assist in purchasing.
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure any issues are dealt with immediately
