BJF Group have an exciting opportunity for a business administrator to work within our FM Division based on a prestigious site in Surrey.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
General Operations
- Supporting the team with any administrative duties.
- Have an understanding of the business so that all telephone calls can be competently answered and directed.
- Provide weekly reports to each department.
- Ensure that records are updated and filed appropriately.
Procurement
- Provide support to the procurement team.
- Assist in purchasing.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure any issues are dealt with immediately
