BJF Group are looking for a project coordinator to join the FM division working on sites in the South West of England.

The ideal candidate will be based in either Bovington, Poole or Portsmouth but will oversee projects in all these areas.

The main goal is to provide day to day administrative support to the project management / billable work team, ensuring that all operations, procedures, and processes are carried out to the required standards and always ensuring effective project administrative support at all times.

  • Ensuring that documents are stored in the correct folders
  • Ensure all telephone calls are answered and dealt with in an efficient and competent manner
  • Actively participate in a diverse and effective team – attend team meetings and partake in discussions
  • Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Provide formal reports to BJF Management and the client as and when required
