BJF Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join the FM Division to work on prestigious projects across London and the South East.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management alongside fabric engineering and internal works.

The Project Manager is responsible for the profitable planning, scheduling and delivery of all extra works and projects. The Project manager will also ensure that BJF Group site procedures and processes are in place and operating effectively, being delivered to a high level of safety, to the required quality standards and specification, on time and within budget. To organically grow revenue and delivery by building own team to expand on project delivery.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Ensure BJF Group and the client’s SSOW, H&S policy and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Planning and co-ordination of the delivery of assigned extra works through the delivery team and the supply chain
  • Attend any and all review/scoping/handover meetings both internal and external as and when required.
  • Liaison with client representatives and customer to ensure specification of works is correct and client user is updated throughout works.
  • Liaison with Senior Managers and HR to ensure all HR procedures are followed.
  • Take ownership and responsibility in conjunction with the finance team and ensure effective cost control on site.
