The ideal candidate with have previous experience working as a water engineer with an FM company.
You will need experience in the following:
- Maintaining water log books
- Water flushing and use of sentinel uplift
- Disinfecting and chlorination of water systems
- Testing, maintaining and servicing of TMV (thermostatic mixing valves).
Desired qualifications:
- L8 Water engineering practise
- Legionella awareness training
- Basic IT skills
