In terms of progress on site, the external work element of the project has progressed well recently alongside the drainage and utility services. We are currently powering ahead with the brickwork with the aim to have the roofing completed ready for internal works to take place in the winter months.
This is a collaborative project for BJF Group and our specialist MEP Residential Division will soon be on site to commence the first fix Mechanical & Electrical works.
