Having passed an initial verification and periodic inspection and testing 2391/92 course, Jamie Bennett, Electrical Project Supervisor at BJF Group has now been appointed as an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS).
A Qualified Supervisor is the electrically competent person with specific responsibility for the safety, technical standards and quality of electrical installation work completed under their supervision. The role consists of supervising electrical installations, reviewing the test certification to ensure they comply with the current regulations British Standard BS 7671 “Requirements for Electrical Installations. IET Wiring Regulations” and sign-off to complete the certification before issue to clients.
