As part of a wider estate improvement programme, BJF Group was brought in to deliver a full internal refurbishment at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Jobcentre Plus in Rhyl.
The project aimed to create a more modern, welcoming environment for staff and service users, refreshing both the ground and first-floor areas without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Working with long-term client Amey, BJF Group was selected to refurbish both floors of the DWP Rhyl Jobcentre Plus.
The project was delivered in a live environment, requiring careful coordination and sequencing to minimise disruption to staff and visitors.

Completed works on the ground floor have already transformed the space, delivering a brighter, more accessible environment. A Matterport 3D scan has been created to showcase the before-and-after condition.
