Guildmore – Bermondsey

BJF Group’s specialist MEP residential team secured the combined Mechanical & Electrical package for a 14-apartment new build residential scheme in Bermondsey for main contractor Guildmore, with the project completed in July 2023.

This full design and build project saw the team work collaboratively with M&E consultancy FHP Engineering Services Solutions on the design element before completing all internal and external mechanical and electrical installations, commissioning, and testing.
