BJF Group’s MEP Residential division has delivered the electrical fit out of 150 one- and two-bedroom apartments in Redhill, Surrey.
The works were part of an £80m redevelopment by main contractor Vinci Construction which was completed in Summer 2023. This major project delivered the aforementioned residential units as well as a multi-screen cinema, shops, and restaurants and will regenerate a previously underutilised space.
