BJF Group’s Construction division has secured a new project for the creation of a unique and innovative Art Deco style new build development in Margate, Kent. The end product will be nine high-end one- and two-bedroom flats.
The project includes the demolition of the existing structure on the plot followed by enabling works to allow commencement of the superstructure of the new property.
This traditionally built, white rendered building with sweeping curved balconies leans heavily on the Art Deco style. The sea front plot boasts excellent views from all rooms and outdoor spaces. The development will be complemented by a bold but sympathetic external works and landscaping scheme which will result in a striking property.
