BJF Group has successfully been appointed to the NHS London Procurement Partnership Framework for Minor Works and Maintenance within the Estates, Facilities and Professional Services category.

NHS LPP develops and manages collaborative procurement projects on behalf of its members including acute, community and mental health trusts, as well as clinical commission groups.

We are no stranger to the Healthcare sector and BJF Group has already completed projects within several hospitals for example the construction and M&E fit out of a new A&E department at Darent Valley Hospital for a major main contractor. The Group also has an ongoing project to upgrade lighting to more energy efficient LED alternatives in a number of hospitals across the UK.

Incorporating mostly Mechanical & Electrical and Building Fabric works, this category covers almost £1bn of spending per year and includes a whole host of disciplines from plumbing and lighting to incorporating more energy efficient and (more recently) COVID-secure solutions within NHS buildings.

Scot Walsh, Head of Facilities Management at BJF Group said:

“As an experienced Facilities Management provider we are very pleased to have secured our place on several waves of the NHS LPP Framework and we can’t wait to get started on projects to support the people of our valuable National Health Service”
