BJF Group’s Project Services Division have recently secured a large-scale refurbishment project for a major Government department on behalf of a long-standing client.
The majority of the works involve refurbishments and repairs to the entire 17 floors of the building, each covering approximately 1,500m2 in order to achieve a uniform look on each floor. The project scope is extensive and varied with the main elements being decoration works, replacement floorings, refurbishments of washrooms and tea points throughout, replacement of glazing panels as well as some external remedial works.
As most of the usual occupants are working offsite due to COVID-19, BJF Group’s team have the perfect opportunity to efficiently complete the major project, providing a refreshed environment ready for their eventual return to the office.
