BJF Group’s Project Services division is delighted to be working with Skanska delivering capital improvement projects across one of it’s most prestigious contracts and working within some of London’s most iconic buildings.
The five year City of London Corporation Facilities Management contract was secured by Skanska in July 2017 with a value of £4.6m per year. The contract incorporates a range of buildings including schools, police stations and libraries as well as commercial spaces.
During 2019 we will be delivering over 40 separate projects with an emphasis on building fabric improvements.
