BJF Group’s MEP Residential division has secured the electrical fit out of 150 one- and two-bedroom apartments in Redhill, Surrey.
The works are part of an £80m redevelopment by main contractor Vinci Construction which is expected to be completed by Summer 2022. This major project will deliver the aforementioned residential units as well as a multi-screen cinema, shops, and restaurants and will regenerate a previously underutilised space.
