BJF Group’s Construction Division completed a £3.2m project to transform an old commercial site in Tonbridge, Kent into 14 high quality new build houses.
Completed in 2023, BJF Group was contracted by Elements Real Estate Group to deliver 14 new build 4- and 5-bedroom properties on the site of a former car garage on Priory Road in Tonbridge. The development is made up of 8 semi-detached and 6 terraced houses. As well as the construction of the new properties, works also included upgrading of the sewerage infrastructure in the existing highways.
All of the houses are as energy efficient as possible with solar panelling and electric vehicle charging points installed as part of the build. They are conveniently located within walking distance of Tonbridge Train Station and the High Street as well as a number of schools making them ideal for families.
BJF Group were Elements Construction Management’s chosen Main Contractor for a £3.2m, 14 home development in Tonbridge. A team from their MEP Residential Division also completed the Mechanical installation on the project. Throughout the project BJF Group’s collaborative and communicative approach has made working with them a pleasure. Overall, BJF Group has exceeded our expectations and delivered a fantastic scheme, working to high standards of quality and health & safety throughout the project.
