What I like about being an MSE apprentice with BJF Group is that no two days are the same.

One day you’re on site, the next you’re learning something completely new—it keeps it interesting.

The main thing I’ve learned is that asking questions is key. No one expects you to know everything, and the more you ask, the more you’ll pick up.
